011年2月28日，公司與日本三菱重工業株式會社（MHI）在上海舉行簽約儀式，雙方簽訂了《三菱船用輔鍋爐許可協議》。公司利用三菱提供的船用鍋爐的制造、裝配、試驗和維修相關的技術，按與三菱重工等同的質量控制要求生產船用鍋爐。九江三菱鍋爐了除本體外其他附屬設備全部采用日本三菱鍋爐配套體系。九江三菱船用鍋爐共享三菱重工的全球服務網絡。
        On February 28th of 2011, JHT and MHI held a ceremony and signed the License Agreement of Mitsubishi Marine Boilers in Shanghai, which covers 4 categories (MC, MAC, MCC and economizer) and 15 specifications. JHT manufactures marine boilers with MHI’s manufacturing, assembling, testing and maintenance techniques and follow the same quality control standards as MHI. All accessories of Jiujiang Mitsubishi marine boilers are supplied through the supply system of MHI. Jiujiang Mitsubishi marine boilers share the global service network of MHI.
